The Battle of Moscow in 1941 during Hitler's Operation Barbarrosa. Adolph Hitler intended to throw a ring on Moscow using a classical Blitzkrieg tactics but ultimately failed due to his troops and equipment freezing in Russia's unforgiving winter resulting to massive counter-attack by the Soviets. Hitler demanded that his troops must standstill despite low supplies causing huge losses as the Soviets rampage through the German line.
